This site is dedicated to my son Liam and his progress

in the sports field of WEIGHTLIFTING. 

 

We will tell you about Liam's experences, progress, training,

and the competition dates.

 

We will have insites on what the family thinks,

the competition write up's the reveiws on any sponsors 

and give you a look at the local weightlifting sceen here in Northern Ireland.
